Matrix Reimprinting lets me dream big like Superwoman

by Caryl Westmore on July 24, 2010

Dream crazy big dreams.

Don’t be afraid. Be outrageously committed to your passion and vision.

That’s the message I’m getting for myself – and others.

It’s all linked to a Matrix Reimprinting session I had recently.  For myself. You see I was wondering if I was playing too small in aiming for a small group of midlife women to participate in my new Attract Love Midlife coaching program and webinars.  I want to spread the love I’ve found in my own love life and marriage in my mid-50s with other single women 40-50 plus.

In my session my facilitator encouraged me to expand my vision from 10 to 100 and expanding brought up the question: “Where did I learn to play small? ”

Which took me right back to an ECHO in my childhood – witnessing my mother being undervalued for all her hard work

The wonderful things about Matrix Reimprinting with EFT is that I could heal not only my own mis-beliefs – but also help my mother. Because in the matrix or energy field we can access and bring resources and healing for those we loved kids.  So by empowering my mother in the “matrix” my own younger self or ECHO could open to her true value – and from there it behoves ME to do the same and DREAM BIG.

Vibrating to the new imprint in her matrix, my ECHO resonates success for me NOW.

In his book “The Superman Syndrome”  Dr Gene Landrum says that the path to empowerment is paved with myth and paradox.

“We are all programmed to conform at an early age but we can rise above that conditioning by being what we are not.

How?

Adopt a “mythical mentor” to inspire and expand your vision for yourself.

Mythical mentoring is about Clark Kent stepping into a phone booth and emerging as Superman.

In The Field Lynne McTaggart says: “Archetypal or mythical images trigger the unconscious thus producing the strongest psychokinetic effects.”

Joseph Campbell said that a myth is a life-shaping image.  He meant that it defies ordinary logic and infuses superman power within.

We are programmed for what we can and can’t do by our parents, siblings and teachers. All are well meaning but mostly we stay in the comfort zone, hobbled needlessly by their approval instead of taking giant impossible steps to extraordinary, great success.

Matrix Reimprinting with EFT can transform your past – and bring new hope for your future.

Next Top Spiritual Author: 8 days left

by Caryl Westmore on April 23, 2010

Only 8 days remain in the Next Top Spiritual Author competition: Round One

What have I learned so far by entering my book You Can Break-Free Fast?

*That asking OUT LOUD for support from those you know is challenging
How do you process the ones that ignore you? How hard do you canvass and follow up on your emails?
* That it feels good to step up and out front with your BIG DREAMS
* That you need to “let go and let God” about outcome
* I have long had a dream of being published by Hay House – so does that mean I am not so committed to this competition with a lesser known publisher? No way. Who knows where the right Agent and Publisher are waiting to spot my entry – or find me in some other way?
Martha Beck talks about the woman who felt lonely for a soul-mate friend and left her book on a plane where it a stranger picked it up, phoned her and you’ve guessed it – became that very friend.
Another self-published author gave her book as a present and it was left on a park bench where… guess what? – the man who became her agent found it?

In a previous post and emails I compared myself to Susan Boyle. At least one person who knows me said it was “sad” that I thought so little of myself. Hey – what do you think? I see it differently. But it made me pause and reflect – what do I really think about myself?

Answer: I’m a first time baby boomer self help author coming “from unknown” to recognition. And expression of my talents.

Where is my self-worth pegged?

So let me ask you again, if you haven’t already voted for my book – please help me by voting for me – and claiming your free Skype session to break-free fast.

GETTING GOALS DONE WITH “OXYGEN-THINKING”

by Caryl Westmore on September 6, 2009

Apollo 13 Lift-offTry applying “oxygen-thinking” to your action list of dreams and goals and see results take off! It’s something John Assaraf recommends in his book Having it All. Once you have taken time to plan and laser focus in on your goals he says, act as if your oxygen supply was running out and you have no time to waste.

Assaraf refers to the Apollo 13 Astronauts running out of oxygen and realizing they had no time to waste. They only thought about getting back to earth, nothing else mattered, no time for discussion, whining, getting scared.” That’s exactly the way to act in business, says Assaraf: “oxygen-thinking, only.”

This reminds me of Stephen Covey’s “First Things First” directive in Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. It helps me to make a daily list of Top 5 Things To Do to keep me focused on achieving goals. At the end of a day a DONE LIST gives me a sense of accomplishment and encouragement because I have proof that I am indeed getting goals done.

This is particularly important if like me you are a solo-preneur, writer or creative. Great ideas need action and oxygen-thinking can make them happen.
